IGUAL is constituted and operates according to the requirements of the Project and Construction Management Professions Act, 2000 (Act No. 48, 2000). The founding members are registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) and subscribe to the Code of Conduct as laid down by this association.
